Land Accessed from Siddeley Avenue

Introduction

Following the public consultation which was undertaken during October 2020, Wellington Arch Ltd and The Sphinx Club have submitted a planning application to Coventry City Council for residential development, including affordable retirement homes, and associated open space provision and recreational facilities, on land accessed from Siddeley Avenue.

The planning application was validated on 15th February 2021 (Reference: OUT/2021/0104) and a copy of all accompanying plans and documents can be viewed here:

Public consultation on the planning application is currently being undertaken and will run until 18th March 2021.
